An astrology reading or consult of your chart can be daunting and very new. You may not know what to do or expect. Especially so if astrology is entirely new to you. Fret not! Take it as a talk between yourself and a friend. Here, we’ll talk about what you can expect before, during and after a consult.
Before the consult
Before the consult, you will need to send in details of your date of birth, time of birth, location of birth (country) and gender. Depending on the type of consult, you may also be required to send in some questions that you are interested to know more of and areas where you don’t feel comfortable discussing. Additionally, while a face-to-face consult is always best for the first consults, there is also an option of doing the consult online. Especially if you are overseas and not based in Singapore. This is also usually preferred if you just prefer voice calls.
Still, before the consult
The astrologer will then need to spend some time reading your chart and making notes before the actual consultation. The time for this may vary between 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the type of consult and number of readings.
On the actual day of the reading
Come with an open and light hearted mind! If you’re accompanied by someone, make sure it’s someone you’re comfortable with knowing areas of your life that we’re discussing about. During the consultation, ask any questions and take notes if you need to.
After the consult
An astrology reading can be very content heavy. Take some time to digest everything that was discussed. If you need any clarifications, try to do it within 24 hours so that the astrologer will still be able to have some recollection of your chart and of the session.
